Place and Cover: If your pie isn’t already in an oven-safe dish, transfer it over. Then, loosely tent the dish with aluminum foil. This will keep your pie’s top from getting too brown before it’s done.
Bake: Slide the dish into your preheated oven. Let it heat for about 20-30 minutes, or until everything inside is bubbly and hot.
Uncover and Crisp: In the final 10-15 minutes, remove the foil to let the crust turn a lovely golden brown and get deliciously crispy.
